Thai police have expanded the case against Chinese suspect Mingchen Sun into seven investigations, arresting 11 people and linking the network to weapons, explosives, cybercrime and more than 815 million baht in alleged damage.

The Corrections Department says Chinese weapons suspect Mingchen Sun was rushed to the ICU after suffering a seizure and losing consciousness two hours after entering prison.
